Hi Lisa,
Dad here. I wanted to comment about this project. Hyundai is a very large international company with facilities around the world. They see the shortages of resources around the world and I’m glad they are addressing the water issues we have in California. This project is their new US Corporate office right off the 405 Fwy. Valley Crest Landscape is the contractor and the sales were handled by our Southern California Broker Florasource LTD in San Clemente. I hope anyone that is considering UC Verde to stop by and take a look next year when the grass has filled in.
